I went to Baraca to try the famous tapas with a friend. The place is nice and the staff is really friendly. We shared 4 tapas with my friend: hummus with bread and cream cheese with bread. Both of them were really good and tasty but the portions were way too small. After, the bravas and the squid came. Both were big portions, the bravas were really well cooked, crunchy outside and soft and chewy inside. So, most of the food was very nice but the portions of some of the tapas are ridiculously small. Anyway I would recommend to visit the place and try the amazing bravas.
I love this place, living in kampot, I've eaten there on numerous occasions and always found the food to be absolutely amazing. There is a great atmosphere here and I really can't fault a single thing. Definitely recommend when visiting Kampot.
Baraca came a little bit as a surprise. We didn't expect to find a tapas restaurant in Kampot. We had around 10 tapas, and loved them all! Specials are to be checked. We were a little bit afraid that our 8-years old wouldn't like the food, but he enjoyed his "brie panini", "Chistmas piggy" and "garlic bread" very much. The place is very busy. The restaurant opens only for dinner.
