I'm sorry to leave such a poor rating, and I don't want to negatively affect anyone's business on purpose, but I just had to let others know. My wife got the regular chicken burrito ($6.99). There was an option to make it a combo for $2 by adding two sides. I wanted the tortilla chips and a can of coke, and I asked if I could "make it extreme," which is adding salsa, green onions, melted cheese, sour creme and ground beef to chips/fries for $2.50 extra. The server said that it wasn't allowed. But I wasn't changing the chips, but wanting to pay the additional $2.50 to "make it extreme." It would have been no different if I were to just order the chips for $2, and pay $2.50 to "make it extreme." I don't see why I wasn't allowed to do that. I wanted the pulled pork burrito, but I was told they were out, and needed to make some more, and would take a couple of minutes. I asked if that was literally two minutes, or figuratively, to which she replied, "maybe more like 5 minutes." (Please don't say "a couple" when you don't mean "two.") I settled for the chicken burrito and a side of tortilla chips and "made it extreme." The first thing I noticed was that the rice in the burritos were a bit salty. Oh well. I tried the "extreme" chips which mostly was what appeared to be processed cheese melted and drizzled on with all the other things mentioned earlier. It wasn't great, but nothing to write home, or on here, about. Until I had some more. One of the chips tasted like I had swallowed a pack of salt. I tried another chip, and it was fine. My wife had the same thing happen to her, as one bite of a chip would be super salty, and the rest of the chip perfectly fine. Maybe when they salt the tortilla chips, it's not done very evenly? I hate to say it, and I hate even more to waste food, but we could not finish, and threw it away. The burrito portion is quite good, even with the regular sizes. I don't know how big the large portions are. I hope the food quality control can improve

Never disappoints, I had the chicken burrito for $6.99 [regular sz]. Biting into a soft yet crunchy warm burritio with rice, beans, cheese, cilantro, and chicken. It must have been 4" round, SO tasty I ate all 2lbs of it. Friends had tacos, nachos, and salad and all agreed we'll be back for more.

Today I was in the Bar Burrito (4918 Yonge St branch). I'm a burrito guy, I love it and I have burrito in different restaurants couple times a week. Their service is way below standards, the cashier and other crew look like doing you a favor that selling you something. The worst of worst is they don't make it in front of you (like everywhere else) instead you have to order everything including toppings and they will give you a wrapped food, but later I found out the reason. I got a steak burrito ($11 something for combo). It was full of rice, very little sauce and sour cream, and very little steak. It literally had a thin slice of Philly steak every 5 cm as much as you could say it had steak also, but it was the least in it. It is located in good point from the access point of view but the restaurant it self is so run down. The washrooms are clean and useable but not modern at all. I do not recommend it if you have any other choice.
