Very fresh and tasty. Had the spicy combo and was pleased. Was crowded when we ordered but fast turnover so got a table right before our order was up. Street address is misleading -- it's on M, not Rhode Island.
The word is out, especially among those working nearby, that this is the best sushi in DC so get there early, or late, to get a seat. While the price remains exceptionally low for quality sushi, this is not the reason to go: the freshness, originality, and quality are second to none. We've had sushi from New York to Seattle, and nothing matches Suki Asia. If you like, or love, sushi you must go here. We've brought skeptic friends and family, and they all are converts by the end of the meal: this is the best sushi. Suki Asia is so popular that they are now only open for lunch, 11am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. It is very busy from 11am to 1pm, but with patience you can place your order and sit in the restaurant; most people in line are grabbing to-go lunches to take back to the office. We try to get here as often as we can, including when we see an exhibit at the National Geographic Museum just around the corner.
