The baklava here is amazing! Not too sweet, with just the right flakiness of the phyllo dough. I purchased two pans for work, and it was gone within two hours of putting it out. everyone was asking from where had I purchased it and if I could bring in more. After trying the baklava assortment here, I doubt I will ever eat baklava from anywhere else.
With dozens of styles of baklava available it is hard to limit the choices in order to fit in a two pound tray. I have had baklava all over the Unites States and abroad, but the Baklava Factory in Encino (and I presume the other two L.A. locations) has the best. It is light, crunchy and most of all, not too sweet. This is a must stop place for me whenever I am in the area. They also ship, and I will no doubt take advantage of it in the future.
