I had the tenderloin filet mignon (medium doneness), with asparagus, portabello confit, black truffle croquet with garlic-infused merlot reduction sauce. The filet mignon is covered in just the right amount of smoked San Simon cheese. The taste was EXCELLENT and the presentation was impeccable. RM98.00 + RM5.88 = RM103.90 for the experience. Service could be better but it's a quiet place and the staff are usually kept busy and couldn't really spend time with me to work out what I wanted.
My girlfriend and I has dinner on a weekday and we're surprised with the Spanish ambience, the quality of the food and value for money. The lamb and beef meatballs are highly recommended plus the duck breast was very nice. Great works guys and thanks.
My 3rd time here for dinner in a year. This hidden gem in Damansara Heights is a great place for my "dates" with each of my 3 teenage daughters. All are foodies themselves & can really appreciate good food, having travelled all over the world & sampling top restaurants along the way. Tonight, my youngest & I shared a couple of dishes together. We ordered her favourite Caesar's salad. The egg was poached to perfection. The beef bacon (pork free restaurant) flavor was subtly infused into the dressing. The cheese slices generous & the Romaine lettuce crunchy. Next came a tapas, the lamb meatballs in rich, slightly spicy garlic tomato sauce with aubergine, zucchini & peppers. For mains, the squid ink spaghetti was loaded with fresh seafood: fish, squid, scallop, prawns, mussels & clams. Yum! We finished off with the lava chocolate cake, perfectly molten in the centre. You could taste the quality of the chocolate. Overall, always a great experience! You pay more than some other places, but you can taste the difference, subtle at times, but it all comes together very nicely. High recommended! (& the food wasn't too salty as reported by a previous reviewer.)
I have been here several times. I come because the service is top-notch and the owner and chef are super nice and friendly. They bend over backwards to accommodate. Unfortunately, while they have an extensive menu, I find their food overseasoned (ie salty). The Chef is clearly creative, loves to experiment and is always willing to do new things, but sometimes the taste can be rather overwhelming. This is a lovely, friendly spot. But the food isn't extraordinary or anything to rave about. Go for the service and experimenting. It makes up for the high prices.
