They have rearranged the games and added more so it's a bit nicer in here. Come during the week if you are looking to avoid the birthday crowd. I have noticed that the games don't give many tickets anymore, only like one or two and that is disappointing, one reason I rated low. Also, many times the games are out of tickets so you have to run someone down to get a ticket. The last few times I went the drink machine wasn't working, out of the soda syrup I guess. My final issue is chuck e cheese coming out late. So now he come out every hour at the :30 mark and my son EXPECTS that. He came out late once and a second time he didn't come out at all. That was a problem so I went to management and they found someone to do it. This one is bigger than the one in Altamonte and I had the same issue with chuck e cheese coming out late there too. Let me explain late before I end this, there is a song that goes with chuck e cheese's appearance with certain things he does with the kids like dancing etc. So when he's late, those things don't get done and the kids are just standing around looking for him. My son looks forward to dancing and doing the high five stuff so that's why it's a big deal. Then at the end they throw tickets in the air for the kids.

We took our Granddaughter who is almost 7 years old here. The place is clean, noisy, and has many rides / games for kids. We ordered food which was sub-par at best. Eat somewhere else prior or after going here. The kids will enjoy the rides / games.
