    I recently moved to Doncaster. This restaurant is very local to me. I know the existence of this restaurant from a meal voucher. But regrettably my first visit will also my last visit. I would rather to drive 20km down to another restaurant which is also firstly known by a meal voucher. Actually my family is already a frequent customer to that restaurant which is up to 20 km away. It was not my first time to have Teppanyaki meal. But it was my worst Teppanyaki experience. I can say it is my worst restaurant experience ever. I normally keep silent (not to feedback/survey) to a very normal experience. And to give a good rate to a good experience. It is really rare to have something to let me give a POOR rate. I felt sorry to give a blue face to the cashier girl only because I was so upset after the meal. My kids kept question me why our chef (should I call him a chef?) did not play game with us like what he did in his previous table service. And the cooker just kept deaf to kids request through out the service. I would like to give this Japanese Restaurant that organized by Cantonese some suggestions for it to continue its business but not losing customers (although they will not care to lose one family). Please treat your customer well and fair. No matter how much they spend, or no matter whether they use a voucher or pay with full price, no matter where they come from or what race they are. I think a restaurant should able to provide the most basic thing to your customer, a happy face. Talking about the food is the further step. Tonight, what my family get was a blue service, totally unfair treatment compare to other tables plus very normal food. The service and food provide here are totally NOT to deserve the high cost it asks.
