We went to Le Grillon for dinner. The menu consists to 50% of grilled stuff - all of this wasnt available because the grill was off, a fact that limited the selection. Service was not very attentive, taste wasnt the best for the price. You can have fare better meals and scenery in Cairo for the same price.

A meeting point for many of the culture world of Cairo,and Egypt,writers,poets,movie directors and stars,novelists,the problem is among those sometime they allow some junkies ,unfortunately this can spoil your evening,but in most cases food is a good quality specially in the evening hours,a garden where you can smoke Shisha also exists,the owner and director are both one family from Iraque and are polite and like to offer a good service,the staff are there for many years,and their way of treating guests varies from one of them to another,with the rates ,you should expect high service,and good food quality and good type of customers and guests,don't miss their appetizer dish of Artichokes with minced meat ,you may pay them another visit just to get that dish again ;)
