We found this restaurant by chance when we asked our GPS to find food for us en route to our airport hotel. It was a busy night but the service was quite fast. The kids were well catered for with butcher's paper tablecloths, crayons and kids meals. They also loved the interesting wall art. The only hiccup involved our request for a pizza without onion (due to an allergy). The pizza arrived with onion but was replaced very quickly after I brought it to our waitress' attention. I really wish restaurant staff would take allergy requests seriously, but slip-ups unfortunately happen to us quite regularly, so I won't give the restaurant a huge black mark this time. We would dine there again, but ensure that the wait staff were absolutely clear about our request for no onion.
there are a lot of pizza places in Brisbane now, all charging about $17-$24 a pizza. Only one place is justified in charging this : Tomato Brothers! It's my favourite pizza place in Brisbane - kick back with a New Orleans pizza and bourbon and coke - heaven! The decor is offbeat, a little too wacky really, but cheerful, so I can't be too much of a grouch about this. If you want decent pizza, this is the only place to get it, in my opinion.
